01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and crn77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the crn77 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, and all associated services (collectively, "the Services"). These Terms apply to all registered users and to any person who accesses or browses the crn77 platform, whether or not they have created an account.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the crn77 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

crn77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, crn77 will notify registered players via the email address on their account. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which crn77 operates. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registering or depositing on crn77. crn77 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use crn77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. crn77 is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager, or otherwise use the Services.
• You must be the lawful holder of the payment method used to make deposits to your crn77 account. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of a current employee of crn77 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from crn77 or subject to any active cooling-off period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false details, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Age Verification

crn77 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We apply technical measures to identify and block underage users during the registration process. In addition, before any withdrawal request is processed, crn77 requires the submitting player to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that includes proof of identity and proof of age. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate.

If crn77 reasonably suspects that a registered player is under the age of 18, it reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and request supporting age verification documentation immediately. Accounts confirmed to belong to players under the age of 18 will be permanently closed and all deposited funds returned to the original deposit source without interest.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of crn77 Services, including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each natural person is permitted to hold a maximum of one account on crn77. Duplicate accounts will be identified, merged, or closed at crn77's discretion, and any balance in duplicate accounts may be voided.

Registration Information

During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your time as a crn77 player. Changes to personal details must be communicated to crn77 support promptly.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crn77 account username and password. All activity that takes place on your account while authenticated with your credentials is your responsibility. crn77 will never contact you by any channel to request your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify crn77 immediately via [email protected] and change your password without delay.

KYC Verification

crn77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any point during your membership, including before your first withdrawal:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or photo of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered to you)
• Source of funds declaration, if requested by the crn77 compliance team

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on crn77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). crn77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. The full BDT amount you deposit is credited to your playing balance, and the full amount of any approved withdrawal is sent to your designated payment account.

Withdrawal Conditions

05 Bonuses & Promotions

crn77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by crn77:

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on crn77 are eligible for a 100% deposit match welcome bonus up to ৳50,000. The welcome bonus is credited to your account automatically upon completion of a qualifying deposit. To withdraw bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds, the full wagering requirement attached to the bonus must be met. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount and are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder personally. Claiming bonuses on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to claim bonuses using your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address. crn77 uses technical measures to identify and prevent multiple bonus claims by the same individual.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward fulfilling bonus wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game category are set out in the individual promotion terms.
• crn77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend the terms of a bonus, or cancel a player's participation in a promotion if it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, fraud, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonuses are denominated in BDT and credited directly to the eligible player's account balance.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms.
• All promotional offers are time-limited. Bonuses that have not been used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on crn77, whether in the casino games section or the sports betting section. By placing any wager on crn77, you confirm your acceptance of these rules in full.

Casino Games

All casino games available on crn77 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, table games, and all other formats — are provided by third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game uses a certified random number generator and the outcome of every spin, hand, or round is entirely random and independent of any previous outcome.

Sports Betting

Odds are displayed in decimal format and are denominated in BDT. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a market is suspended for settlement.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet slip is confirmed by the player. crn77 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly priced markets where a clear pricing error can be demonstrated. In such cases, the full stake is returned to the player's account.

Settlement of all betting markets is conducted by the crn77 sports team based on official results from recognised governing bodies (ICC, BCB, BCCI, and equivalent). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of the crn77 sports team, based on official data, is final.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to place wagers on crn77 is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game format is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to gain an advantage over the platform is prohibited. Players who discover such issues are required to report them to crn77 support rather than exploit them.
• Any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or manipulation of sporting events for betting gain is strictly prohibited and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

07 User Obligations

As a registered player on crn77, you agree to the following obligations at all times during your use of the platform:

• You will use crn77 solely for your own personal entertainment. Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating the platform as a business on behalf of third parties, is strictly forbidden.
• You will not attempt to access any other player's account, interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the crn77 system.
• You will not use the crn77 platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity. Deposits must represent lawfully obtained funds. crn77 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities investigating financial crime.
• You will treat crn77 support staff and any other players encountered on the platform with respect. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at crn77 staff are grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You will notify crn77 promptly if you become aware of any error in your account balance, any game result you believe to be incorrect, or any security issue affecting your account.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion, by registering additional accounts or by any other means.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money deposited on crn77. crn77 is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from legal gambling activity on the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the crn77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game artwork, software, and user interface design — is the property of crn77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any crn77 content without prior written permission.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

crn77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• Use of prohibited software or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any deposit or wager activity
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
• Legal obligation or instruction from a competent authority

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their crn77 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any remaining real-money balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's designated payment account, provided all KYC verification requirements have been met. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager activity). crn77 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Right of Appeal

If your account has been suspended or closed by crn77 and you believe the action was taken in error, you may submit a formal appeal by contacting [email protected] with full details of your account and the reason for your appeal. crn77 will review all appeals within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the email address registered to your account.
